Embodied Confidence is a 12-week program that takes you through every step of letting go of the guilt, the shame, the anxiety, and the stress around the way you feel about your body.
During our 12-weeks together, we will focus on:
- Presence is the cornerstone of our work together and the key to unlocking greater magnetism and resonance within you. By cultivating a deeper sense of presence, you can connect with your inner wisdom and tap into your natural charisma and confidence, enabling you to lead and live with greater impact and influence.
- Authentic posture: Discovering your authentic posture involves releasing the rigid notion of 'good posture' and instead, through specific alignment instructions and witnessing, uncovering your own unique and aligned posture. - Feelings: You will learn to create greater acceptance and space for all emotions, which involves embracing your full humanity and learning to cultivate a compassionate relationship with your feelings. By recognizing and honoring the full spectrum of your emotions, you can cultivate a deeper sense of self-awareness and emotional resilience, empowering you to navigate life's challenges with greater ease and grace.
- Boundaries are crucial to personal wellbeing and growth. You will learn to set clear, firm, and appropriate boundaries, which will help you to cultivate greater self-awareness and be able to say 'no' with greater ease. You will learn the tools to empower yourself to maintain healthy relationships and protect your time, energy, and resources.
- Clarity on Feelings vs Clarity of Goals: Choosing to focus on clarity of feelings rather than clarity of goals means prioritizing how you want to feel and connecting with those feelings daily. Instead of solely focusing on external goals and circumstances, this approach emphasizes cultivating an inner sense of clarity and alignment with your desired emotional state.
- Prioritizing your commitment to alignment and presence over strategy and timeline means making daily connection with yourself and your body a top priority before engaging with work, online activities, and relationships. By cultivating a foundation of alignment and presence, you can approach your daily activities with greater clarity, intention, and centeredness.
- Integrity: refers to the state of being in alignment, where your thoughts, words, and actions are congruent with one another. This will be a continual intention that will be held for you as you navigate through the program.
